The Weber Smokey Mountain is the best bullet type smoker on the market. You can buy a cheaper knock-off version but the key to all smokers is air flow and breathability. The WSM is the best! |

This is the definitive book on competition BBQ. I haven't competed yet but when I do I will use a lot of advice from Paul Kirk. |
